The process

How URL Indexing Works

The same three-step flow whether you are indexing one URL or ten thousand.

01

Submit your URLs

Paste URLs one per line, or call the API. We dedupe automatically — the same URL cannot be charged twice in one project.
02

Choose standard or instant indexing

Standard for routine content, instant when publishing something time-sensitive — match coverage, breaking news, a product launch.
03

Track until indexed

Every submission shows its real status — queued, rerouted, or cleared — so you always know where a URL stands with Google and Bing.
Two speeds, one credit system

Standard vs Instant Indexing: Pick Your Speed

No plan tiers. Every URL picks its own indexing speed at submission time.

STANDARD INDEXING

1 credit / URL

Indexed in 12–24 hours

The default for ongoing content — blog posts, product pages, evergreen articles. Reliable, low cost, no rush.

INSTANT INDEXING

10 credits / URL

Indexed in 2–5 minutes

For URLs that lose value if they wait — live match pages, time-sensitive news, launches you need indexed before the news cycle moves on.

Instant indexing runs on two providers. If the primary provider's queue is congested, we automatically reroute your submission to keep the 2–5 minute promise — without charging you twice or making you resubmit.
Questions

Frequently Asked Questions About URL Indexing

How fast does Google index a URL submitted through IndexRapidly?

Standard indexing typically clears in 12–24 hours. Instant indexing typically clears in 2–5 minutes. These reflect how quickly our indexing providers crawl and submit the URL — actual appearance in Google or Bing search results still depends on the search engine itself.

What happens if a URL fails on both providers?

You see a clear failed status with the reason, and your credits are refunded automatically. We never leave a charge against a URL that did not clear.

Can I submit the same URL twice?

Not within the same project — we block duplicate submissions so you cannot be charged twice for one URL. Different projects can each submit it once.

Do indexing credits expire?

No. Buy what you need, use it whenever.

How do I pay for indexing credits?

Card via Stripe, or crypto via Bybit Pay. Both show up as credits in your account immediately after payment confirms.
