Affiliate program
- Commission: 15% of the net amount each referred customer spends during their first 12 months. Net amount means purchases minus refunds, chargebacks and taxes.
- Attribution: last click through your referral link, with a 60-day cookie. A customer can be referred only once.
- Hold and payout: commissions are held for 30 days, then paid monthly once your balance reaches $50, via PayPal, Payoneer or USDT. Commissions on refunded or charged-back purchases are reversed.
- Not allowed: referring yourself or your own accounts; coupon or deal sites without our written approval; bidding on "IndexRapidly" or misspellings in search ads; spam, misleading claims (such as "guaranteed indexing" or "100% indexing"), or posing as IndexRapidly.
- Disclosure: you must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship, as required by the US FTC and EU/UK consumer rules.
- Termination: we may end your participation for breach of these terms. Unpaid commissions earned through prohibited methods are forfeited.
Reseller program
- Bonus: each top-up of $500 or more receives Agency pricing plus a 15% bonus balance (for example, $500 becomes $575 in balance).
- Your customers: you set your own prices and serve your own customers. You are responsible for their support, refunds and compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Refunds: refunds for URLs that are not indexed return to your balance under our Refund Policy. Bonus balance is not refundable in cash.
- No stacking: a reseller account cannot also earn affiliate commissions.
- Branding: you may not use the IndexRapidly name or logo in a way that suggests you are IndexRapidly, unless we agree in writing.
We may change these program terms with 30 days' notice. Commissions and bonuses already earned are not affected.
